Boston: Historic & Hip

Boston is at its most beautiful in October. As the leaves turn to gold and red, Boston’s parks put on an unforgettable show, complementing the historic architecture and energetic city life.

A walk along the city’s Freedom Trail now doubles as a foliage tour. It’s a great time to visit Boston's Faneuil Hall Marketplace, as the crowds thin out but the weather is still pleasant. If it’s a cooler day, take a stroll through the gorgeous indoor courtyard of the Isabella Stewart Gardner Museum.

For sports fans, fall means the New England Patriots kick off the football season at Gillette Stadium and the Red Sox chase another World Series title at Fenway.

Boston is a vibrant blend of stylish sophistication and historic New England charm. You can easily uncover the city’s past while enjoying its distinctively modern edge.

Boston Activities with WIFS

WIFS will offer many chances to get to know this city throughout the 2010 National Conference. Following the conclusion of Conference on Saturday, the New England Chapter has arranged a Duck Tour and a guided walk along the Freedom Trail. Sign up for these activities when you register for Conference.
